Move-In Day

Please text or call your building engineer before your lease begins in order to arrange picking up your keys.

Before move-in day, make sure you've paid all fees due under your lease. Your building engineer's contact information is listed on our Building Engineers page.

Utilities

Set up your utility accounts before your lease begins:

ComEd (Chicago/Evanston — Electricity): comed.com

Village of Winnetka (Winnetka — Electric): villageofwinnetka.org

Peoples Gas (Chicago — Gas): peoplesgasdelivery.com

Nicor Gas (Evanston — Gas): nicorgas.com

Internet

You have the flexibility to select any internet service provider that meets your needs — options in our buildings typically include Comcast, Astound, and Verizon.

Renters Insurance

TBS Properties strongly recommends obtaining renters insurance. We are not responsible for damage to residents' personal property.

Rent Payments

Payments are due on the 1st of the month. Anything received after the 5th is considered late.

Payments can also be made online — see the Pay Online page under Residents.

Maintenance

Submit repair requests from the Residents menu under Maintenance Request.

In an emergency, call 911 or contact your building engineer directly.
