Getting downtown without a car is one of the strongest reasons to live at 1130-32 Maple. A little over 20 minutes on foot, or a quick drive, brings you to the Robert Crown Community Center on Main Street, a 2020 facility with a branch library, two NHL-sized ice rinks, a fitness center, an indoor track, and turf fields. And when summer arrives, the Lake Michigan shoreline and Lee Street Beach are a short trip east for swimming, biking the lakefront path, or a quiet evening by the water.
